The legacy POSSE-distribution root orchestrator is retained as a dormant automation surface: kerygma_pipeline.py is a package shim and .github/workflows/ contains the nine historical pipeline workflows. Do not treat those workflows as the current shipped product without a fresh secrets, dependency, and dispatch audit.
